Imagination is more important than knowledge

We need a new way of thinking in all 195 states on Earth to promote love and tolerance in our diverse global village of 7.5 billion different people, to overcome hate and extremism, and to save the soul of our planet.

Let us learn from Albert Einstein, the big brain of the 20th century. He continually questioned, thought through, analyzed, and designed in ways that transcended the already known, the recognized, the accepted, and the established.

The two most important of his quintessential theses are:

“Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

Today, the foreign and security policies of the West as well as Russia and China, are dominated by a lack of new thinking without imaginative capabilities and creativity. Its focus is only on the hard factors of peacemaking – and that is not enough.

Most fragile democracies of the world are lacking new thought and a believable moral strategy to shape a better world.

We all need a fresh, creative double strategy of power and reconciliation, of hard and soft factors of peacemaking, with greater promotion of reconciliation and tolerance.

The hawk cannot bring us peace alone.

Love and tolerance must be promoted and supported by us all as well to make the world a better place.

Using the art of filmmaking, the documentary LOVE IS TOLERANCE aims to stimulate fresh, new thinking like Einstein did, and support this fundamental approach to world peace.
